What's a credit?
A credit is your usage currency for a grounded lookup. Most sources cost 1 credit per call; data-heavy ones cost 2–5, always shown on the source's page before your agent calls it. Failed calls never count.
Do I pay per source?
No. Every plan includes all 300+ grounded sources. Your agents reach whatever they need and you pay only for the credits they actually spend — one balance across the whole catalog.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Calls pause until your balance renews at the start of the next cycle, or you can upgrade any time for an immediate top-up. Your connection and configured sources stay exactly as they were.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like from the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect next cycle.
